Neal Stack completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science Applications to Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder. Neal attended this institution from 1987 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Telecommunications at the University of Denver, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
