Neal Stack

Neal Stack has extensive work experience in technical support roles. Neal currently works at Delphix as a Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at ServiceNow as a Staff Technical Support Engineer from April 2022 to December 2022.

Neal also has previous experience at Delphix, where they worked as a Senior Principal Technical Support Engineer from October 2014 to April 2022. In this role, they provided support for virtualized databases, applications, and file systems, both in the cloud (AWS) and on-premise customer hardware. Here, they debugged complex product issues, managed escalated issues, and provided technical plans. Neal also worked as a Manager of Customer Support at Interactive Software Systems Incorporated and ISSI from 1994 to 1999, where they led support teams and implemented system and process improvements.

Neal Stack completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science Applications to Economics at the University of Colorado Boulder. Neal attended this institution from 1987 to 1992. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Telecommunications at the University of Denver, where they studied from 1995 to 1999.
