Joseph Montano

Responsible for the overall leadership, management and operation of all aspects of the Delphon organization.

Over 25 years of experience in the electronic materials industry with a background in chemical engineering, research & development, and sales & marketing.

Joe joined Delphon in 2020 as President, previously served as Sr. VP for Intermolecular Inc. and Global Business Director for MacDermid Enthone’s Advanced Electronics.

Appointed to President and CEO in 2022.
