Don Filer

Don Filer has over three decades of experience in project management and labor relations at Delta Air Lines, having served in various capacities since October 1990. Currently, Filer manages the Project Management Office, collaborating with IT on technology projects using agile methodologies. Previous roles include Project Leader for In-Flight Service Strategic Programs, Manager of Labor Relations, and Program Manager for Labor Relations, where notable achievements included negotiating significant cost savings and managing labor relations for a large workforce. Filer has received recognition such as the Chairman's Club Award and attained the highest certification for project managers at Delta. Educationally, Filer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Wake Forest University.
