Gina Pesko Laughlin

Gina Pesko Laughlin currently serves as VP and Head of Global Communications at Delta Air Lines since March 2022, overseeing corporate communications, public relations, and employee communications to enhance Delta’s culture and reputation. Previously, from August 2005 to December 2019, Gina held various director-level roles at Delta, including Director of Employee Relations & Communications and Director of Global Employee Engagement and Recognition, focusing on CEO communications and media relations. Earlier experience includes a General Manager position at Atlantic Southeast Airlines, where Gina directed communication strategies during a major corporate sale, and an Associate Account Executive role at Lois Paul & Partners. Gina's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and Political Science from Syracuse University. Additionally, Gina was the National President of PRSSA from 1997 to 2000.
