John Thompson

John Thompson currently serves as the Director of Reservations Technology and Innovation at Delta Air Lines, responsible for overseeing all technology products within the Reservations division since November 2017. Prior to this role, John held various leadership positions at InterContinental Hotels Group, including Vice President of Enterprise Architecture and Director of Software Engineering, where significant contributions were made to enterprise innovation and cloud-based systems. John's experience also encompasses project management and IT consulting roles across multiple organizations, focusing on application development, architecture, and customer experience. John obtained a degree in Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
