Tim Filstrup has over 25 years of experience in the airline and logistics industries, currently serving as General Manager of ACS Safety, Security, Compliance, and Environmental at Delta Air Lines since August 2008. Responsible for the safety and compliance initiatives for over 8,000 employees and partners, Tim collaborates closely with regulatory agencies such as TSA, CBP, and DOA. Previous roles at Delta include General Manager of Cargo Operations, overseeing hub operations with 250 personnel, and General Manager of Global Postal Affairs, where Tim negotiated contracts across 13 countries. Prior experience includes contract management at Delta as Manager of Global Accounts and leading Delta's first Global Transportation Team. Tim also has experience in sales and marketing at Cintas and was an Account Executive at UPS. Tim holds a degree in Business, Marketing from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
