Kristine Mirkiewicz

Kristine Mirkiewicz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and entertainment sectors. Currently serving as the Assistant Operations Manager at Delta Bingo & Gaming since May 2023, Kristine previously held the position of Food and Beverage Manager at Altea Active, where responsibilities included overseeing various dining establishments and contributing to the launch of Toronto's first social wellness club. Prior experience includes leadership roles at Cineplex, where Kristine was part of the opening team for The Rec Room, Aroma Espresso Bar as Restaurant General Manager, and a valuable internship at Adobo Connection focusing on operational improvements. Kristine began a career at McDonald’s Canada, progressing from Shift Manager to various operational roles over nearly six years. Kristine holds a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Humber College, completed in 2016.
