Chris Platt

Chris has over 20 years experience in financial services, having worked through the entire structured products distribution chain. He has extensive experience of buy-side distribution and strategies, as well as sell-side product design, control and governance.

Chris has previously worked for 8 years for a leading investment bank as Head of Product Governance, where he designed and implemented regulatory compliant global governance frameworks.

Since joining Delta Capita, Chris has continued to oversee governance services and has advised on and built numerous governance strategies across a number of tier 1 investment banks and continues to play an integral role in the ongoing managed service linked to those engagements.

Currently Chris leads the SRP Service Team, which provide a broad range of services to a growing number of major global investment banks. The services include documentation production, transaction and analytic services, governance services and the SRP consultancy engagements.
