Jon Hoerauf

Jon Hoerauf, MA, is an experienced educational professional with a diverse background in instructional design, program coordination, and executive leadership. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer at Delta College since June 2019, Jon focuses on strategic planning for course development within the Learning Management System (LMS). Previous roles include coordinating the SPARKS 21st Century Community Learning Center at Clare-Gladwin RESD and serving as LMS & Learning Technology Coordinator at Mid Michigan Community College. Additional experience includes teaching psychology as an adjunct instructor, managing technology solutions as a computer repair technician, and directing nonprofit organizations. Jon's educational background encompasses degrees in Counseling, Computer Information Systems, Elementary Education, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Youth Studies.
