Rod McNamara

Rod McNamara has extensive experience in support and consulting roles, currently serving as a Direct Support Professional at Delta Community Supports since January 2011, focusing on enhancing independence for adults with developmental disabilities. Prior to this role, Rod worked as an Energy Consultant at NEXTEK from January 2015 to April 2016 and as a Solar Energy Consultant at SolarCity from December 2014 to August 2015. Rod holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science with a concentration in Marketing from Kean University and a high school diploma in Business Administration and Management from Nutley High School.
