Dawn Bailey, PHR, SHRM-CP, CPHR, currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Delta Consulting Group, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives and providing innovative solutions to business challenges since March 2023. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director of HR & Operations at Capron & Associates, where operational and strategic HR initiatives were developed during the firm's establishment, and as an Accounting Coordinator at Greenwell Goetz Architects from 1984 to 1991.
