Leonah Motsi (DIB, BSc, MSc)

Leonah Motsi holds a Master of Science in Microbiology and Biotechnology from the National University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe. With over a decade of experience at Delta Beverages Pvt Ltd, Leonah has progressed from Quality Control Manager and Senior Chemist to Brewery Manager, focusing on customer service and process management in brewing. Additionally, Leonah served as a Brewing Auditor, consulting on traditional beer brewing processes across multiple breweries in Zimbabwe and Zambia. Previous experience at Plus Five Pharmaceuticals involved managing a laboratory team, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and promoting skills development.
