Mark Blau, CSM®, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mark is currently working as the Director of Technology at Delta Defense LLC since February 2022. Prior to this, they served as the IT Group Manager at Delta Defense LLC from December 2019 to February 2022.

Before joining Delta Defense LLC, Mark worked at Kohl's for a significant portion of their career. Mark'sroles at Kohl's include IT Staff Manager, Program Management & DevOps - Enterprise Technology from April 2017 to September 2019, IT Staff Program Manager - Product Development & Visual Presentation from July 2015 to March 2017, IT Staff Project Manager - Merchandising from April 2013 to June 2015, and IT Project Manager - Merchandising from November 2011 to March 2013.

During their tenure at Kohl's, Mark led various projects and initiatives that aimed to optimize merchandising processes, enhance inventory management, and improve operational efficiency. Mark also played a key role in implementing strategic systems and technologies, such as the Oracle Retail Merchandising System, that streamlined operations and facilitated better decision-making.

Mark's work experience at Kohl's also included serving as an IT Software Engineer, Business Analyst, and Project Lead, where they provided leadership and technical expertise on small to mid-sized projects. Mark co-founded and chaired the Merchandising Testing Committee, contributing to the implementation of quality assurance best practices and achieving improved application development velocity and customer satisfaction.

Throughout their career, Mark Blau, CSM®, has demonstrated strong project management skills, a focus on process optimization, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Mark Blau, CSM®, obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Computer Systems from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. Additionally, they have obtained the following certifications: Building Business Acumen from Acumen Learning in July 2023, Copper Coach Certification from USA Wrestling in October 2019, and Certified ScrumMaster® from Scrum Alliance in February 2018.
