Leslie Hess

Leslie Hess is the current General Counsel and Chief Compliance/Risk Management Officer at Delta Dental of Arizona since February 2018. Prior to this role, Leslie served as the Interim Director of Insurance at the State of Arizona from February 2016 to January 2018. With a background in law and a strong focus on compliance, Leslie has held various legal and leadership positions throughout their career, including roles at Arizona Department of Insurance and Arizona Legislative Council. Leslie holds a Doctor of Law degree from The George Washington University Law School and has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business from The State University of New York.
