Michael Jones

Michael Jones has over 30 years of work experience in various leadership and executive roles. Michael is currently the President & Chief Executive Officer at Delta Dental of Arizona, where they are responsible for the overall direction and success of the organization. Prior to this, they worked at Accenture as a Managing Director, specializing in healthcare provider portfolio management and driving business transformations. Michael also served as the Managing Partner at M. Jones & Associates, LLC. In addition, Michael has held prominent positions such as CIO at Be The Match and Express Scripts, and CIO at CIGNA Behavioral Health, where they successfully implemented IT strategies and drove operational excellence. Michael has worked with respected organizations like Deloitte Consulting and HNTB, providing strategic planning, process improvement, and operational efficiency solutions.

Michael Jones attended Iowa State University where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering. Michael later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree at the Texas McCombs School of Business, with a focus on Finance & Management.
