Matt MacDonald

Matt Macdonald has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Since 2004, they have worked at Delta Dental of Virginia, where they began as a Senior Group Service Representative and worked their way up to become the Director of Account Management. In this role, they lead a statewide account management team, develops strategies for client retention, and coordinates activities with Sales management. Prior to joining Delta Dental, Matt worked as an Account Executive, responsible for sales, retention, and account management of group dental plans for large employers in Central Virginia. Matt also has experience as a Team Lead in Group Service. Before their time at Delta Dental, Matt gained experience as a Human Resources Associate at excelleRx and as a Public Relations Assistant/Marketing Copy Editor at LRP Publications.

Matt Macdonald obtained their Bachelor's degree from the University of Mary Washington between 1995 and 1999. Matt pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General, as well as a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration during their time at the university.
