Melissa Kirsh

Melissa Kirsh has a diverse work experience in the dental and healthcare industry. Melissa started their career as a Dental Hygienist in a private dental practice, where they worked from 1985 to 1993. Melissa then moved on to Value Behavioral Health/American PsychManagement, where they served as an Account Representative/Service Coordinator for a year. Following this, they joined Dental Benefit Providers as a Regional Sales Director/Operations Manager from 1994 to 1997. Melissa's most recent and long-standing position was with Delta Dental of Virginia, where they held various roles. Melissa first worked as a Senior Account Executive for over two decades, from 1997 to 2018. Subsequently, they became the Director of Sales, serving in that position from 2019 to 2022. Currently, Melissa has been appointed as the Vice President of Sales and Network Management at Delta Dental of Virginia, starting from August 2022.
