Karen Aliabadi

Karen Aliabadi has extensive experience in human resources and administration. Karen started their career at Federal Home Loan Bank, where they held various roles including Senior Vice President and Director. Karen then became the First Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, overseeing the HR group, facilities, administrative services, and office services. Karen moved on to Fisher Communications, Inc, where they served as the Vice President of Corporate HR and Administration, collaborating with the executive team on corporate strategies and addressing compliance issues. Afterwards, they joined Partners HealthCare as the Senior Director of Human Resources, where they worked on developing and implementing programs and policies and managing the HR department. In 2014, they founded Passio, a strategic HR consulting firm. Karen also joined Delta Dental of Washington as the Chief Human Resource Strategist. Throughout their career, Karen has demonstrated a passion for increasing HR influence and providing strategic HR expertise.

Karen Aliabadi attended Green Mountain College from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained their MBA degree in Sustainable Business Practices. Prior to that, they studied at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1994 to 1998, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Training & Development.
