Lydia Rinde has extensive experience in customer service and business implementation, currently serving as a Business Implementation Manager at Delta Dental of Washington since November 2012. Lydia's roles at Delta Dental have included Implementation Specialist, Support Desk Representative - Operations, Claims Adjudicator, and Customer Service Representative. Prior to this, Lydia worked at Cricket Wireless as a Customer Service Representative from June 2009 to November 2012, and held a position as Shift Team Lead at White House Black Market from October 2007 to June 2009.
