Pamela Gartmann

Pamela Gartmann has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and administration. Pamela started their career at Sargento Foods in 1987 as the Director of Human Resources, where they worked until 1995. Pamela then joined Wipfli LLP in 1996 as a Senior Human Resources Consultant for a brief period of 11 months. In 1997, they transitioned to Delta Dental of Wisconsin, where they held various leadership roles including Vice President of Organizational Development & Human Resources until 2010, and Vice President of Administration from 2011 onwards.

Pamela Gartmann completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wisconsin School of Business between 2007 and 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Business from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, studying from 1985 to 1990.

In addition to their formal education, Pamela Gartmann has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Pamela became a Certified Plan Sponsor Professional (CPSP) from the Plan Sponsor Council of America in November 2020. In September 2018, they earned the designation of NACD Governance Fellow from the National Association of Corporate Directors.

Pamela Gartmann also holds the Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from THE CIOP INSTITUTE in 2015, and they became a SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) from the Society for Human Resource Management, also in 2015. Pamela obtained the Certified Insurance Operations Professional certification from THE CIOP INSTITUTE in 2014. Furthermore, Pamela Gartmann achieved the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP) in 2011.

Lastly, in 1990, Pamela Gartmann obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
