Caroline Seymour

Caroline Seymour has a diverse and extensive work experience. Caroline most recently worked as the Director of Growth Operations at Delta Dental of California since September 2018. Prior to that, they served as a Product Operations specialist at Porsche Digital from October 2017 to September 2018.

Caroline also worked at Magic - Plus Labs as the North American Operations Director and Product Manager from April 2015 to May 2017. In this role, they were responsible for managing a global team and overseeing the fulfillment of user requests via a network of service providers.

Before that, they served as the Client Operations Manager at LesConcierges from March 2012 to April 2015. In this position, they developed and maintained client relationships, managed a team of customer service representatives, and focused on delivering exceptional concierge services to clients such as Hilton Worldwide, American Express, and Visa.

Caroline's work experience also includes a role as a Communication Intern at Tri-Bike Transport from July 2008 to August 2009, and as a Concierge at Bacara Resort and Spa from March 2006 to June 2007.

Caroline Seymour attended Stanford University in 2019, where they completed the Design Thinking Bootcamp: From Insights to Innovation program in the School Executive Education. Prior to that, they had no specific degree or field of study mentioned during their time at San Francisco State University.
