Chris Retter

Chris Retter is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and technical leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Systems Engineer at Delta Dental Ins. since December 2019, Chris is contributing to the largest dental plan system in the United States. Previously, Chris held the position of Greater Sacramento/Tahoe Administrator at Team Rubicon from September 2018 to June 2022, overseeing a team of volunteers in disaster response efforts. Prior to that, Chris worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Enterprise Networking Solutions, Inc., focusing on IT infrastructure solutions. Chris has also held technical roles at the California Department of Conservation and the CA Department of Corrections & Rehabilitation, where responsibilities included security and virtualization efforts. Earlier in the career, Chris worked as a Dev Ops Specialist at Stone Cobra, providing IT support across various technologies. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Cloud Computing from Western Governors University and is pursuing two Associate of Science degrees in Network Administration and Information System Security from Sacramento City College.
