Lashonda C. Dash, MBA, LSSGBC, is a seasoned legal operations professional with extensive experience in the legal and compliance sectors. Currently serving as the Legal Operations Manager at Delta Dental Insurance since July 2021, Dash previously held positions at Change Healthcare, including Operations Manager for Legal & Compliance and Contract Specialist from August 2017 to June 2021. Prior experience includes a tenure at James C. West, III, P.C. as Firm Administrator and Paralegal from March 2007 to August 2017. Dash holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication from Claflin University and an MBA from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business.
