John Rybak

John Rybak is a Project Manager at Delta Diversified. John has been with the company since June 2017 and has played a key role in placing professionals in sales, service, and operations management within vertical transportation, HVAC, mechanical contracting (MEP), performance contracting and building automation & controls.

Rybak understands the full life cycle involved from planning and specification, new installation, performance contracting, retrofitting and service & maintenance. John has helped Delta Diversified become true experts in these areas by sourcing and attracting the people who secure new business opportunities, make and win contracts, deliver projects on time & within budget and ultimately increase customer retention.

John Rybak studied psychology at Cleveland State University and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree. Prior to that, they completed a diploma in College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School at St. Ignatius High School.

They work with Benjamin Stocum - President, Alex Zebrowski - Director, Building Technologies, and John Christani - Client Service Manager. John Rybak reports to Jim Hyde, CEO.
