Marco Calandra

Marco Calandra is an experienced business leader with extensive expertise in strategic marketing, sales operations, and general management. Currently serving as Business Director at Delta Electronics since November 2017, Marco has held various significant positions at Omron Industrial Automation Europe, starting from Assistant General Manager in 1991 and progressing to Director Strategic Marketing and Director Sales Operations, with a focus on streamlining processes and enhancing service quality. Marco's roles have included General Manager and Managing Director, overseeing full P&L responsibility for multiple regions, including the Omron Yaskawa Motion Control joint venture and business operations in the UK, Turkey, and several Central European countries. Earlier career experiences include product management roles at GE and Pirelli Tires, complemented by a strong educational foundation from Politecnico di Milano and Liceo Scientifico.
