Donna Hawes

Donna Hawes possesses extensive experience in quality management and product support, currently serving as Product Support and Risk Manager at Delta Faucet Company since August 2004, previously holding the position of Senior Quality Manager. Prior to this role, Donna was the Quality Manager and Supplier Quality Engineer at Guide Corporation from January 1998 to August 2004. Donna's career began at Delphi, where work spanned from May 1989 to January 1998 in various engineering roles, including Product Engineer and Industrial Engineer. Educationally, Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Indiana University Bloomington.
