Eelco Bouma

Eelco Bouma has extensive work experience in the consulting industry, with a focus on strategy and transformation. Eelco is currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Transformation at DELTA Fiber since April 2022. Prior to this, Eelco worked at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) for several years, starting as an Associate-Consultant in January 2008 and progressing to the roles of Project Leader from March 2014 to February 2016, Principal from March 2016 to May 2018, and eventually Partner from June 2019 to March 2022. Additionally, they worked as a Student Recruiter at Ebbinge & Company in 2007.

Eelco Bouma holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Columbia Business School, which was obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued their Master's degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University, between 2005 and 2007.
