Rodney Sims has extensive experience in the lubricants industry, currently serving as the Manager of the Lubricants Division at Delta Fuel Company Inc since 2014. Additionally, Rodney Sims is the President of INNOVATIVE LUBE TECHNOLOGIES, a company focused on providing future-oriented lubrication solutions, since 2009. Prior to these roles, Rodney Sims worked at ExxonMobil from 2002 to 2007 as a Commercial Vehicle Lubricants Specialist, where responsibilities included managing distributor relationships, training, and sales support.
