Ben Kwon

Ben Kwon has a diverse work experience in the fashion and apparel industry. Ben is currently working as the Sr. Business Development Director - APAC at Delta Galil Industries, where they lead global brands licensing, wholesale distribution, DTC, and private label. Ben is also responsible for leading the expansion of business and brands throughout Asia, as well as developing digital strategies for brands in China.

Prior to their current role, Ben worked as the Director of Coupang Fashion at Coupang from 2022 to 2023. Before that, they held multiple positions at Vans, a VF Company, including Director of Apparel and Accessories, APAC, and Vans APAC Strategic Accounts/Licensing/Distributors from 2019 to 2022.

Ben also has experience as the General Manager at San Diego ACE, Inc. from 2013 to 2019, and as Sr. Manager - Distribution and Licensing Business Development at Lacoste from 2012 to 2013.

Earlier in their career, Ben worked at New Balance as the APAC Regional Merchandising Manager - Lifestyle and Kids Footwear from 2010 to 2012, at Nike as the Category Merchandising Manager, Tennis - APA Region from 2008 to 2009, at adidas as the Product Line Manager - Golf Footwear and Accessories from 2004 to 2008, and at DC Shoes as a Product Developer from 2002 to 2004.

Ben Kwon studied Management Information Systems at the University of Colorado Boulder - Leeds School of Business and earned a Bachelor of Science degree.
