Cathy Hill has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Cathy currently serves as the Vice President of Production and Sourcing for Delta Galil Industries, a global leader in intimates and activewear. With a focus on growth and next-generation fabrics, they help global brands achieve success.

Prior to their current role, Cathy owned their own consulting business, CHill Consulting, where they offered their expertise in garment strategic sourcing, brand operations, product development, and financial planning.

Before starting their consulting business, Cathy held various senior roles at L Brands. Cathy served as the Senior Vice President of Lingerie and Apparel Product Development and Production, where they integrated supply chain capabilities and industry trends for Victoria's Secret, PINK, and Third Party Brands. As the Vice President of Product Development Production and Sourcing, they were responsible for Victoria's Secret's best categories and led a team of 40 associates. Cathy also held positions as the Associate Vice President of Lingerie and Apparel Production and Sourcing, and the Director of Lingerie and Apparel Production and Sourcing, where they focused on optimizing production operations.

Cathy's career started at The Longaberger Company as a Senior Buyer, where they established domestic supply strategies and successfully managed inventory reduction.

Cathy began their career at L Brands as a Store Operations Inventory Analyst and Merchant before advancing to various roles in the company.

Cathy Hill earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Business/Marketing from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Unconscious Bias" from LinkedIn and "Build a Direct to Consumer Brand" from The Business of Fashion in 2021.
