Phil Cutler

Phil Cutler is an experienced operations leader with a substantial background in various industries, including electronics, medical devices, and manufacturing. Currently serving as General Manager at Delta Group Electronics, Inc. since 2018, Phil has previously held senior roles such as VP Operations at Cohu Electronics, where responsibilities included shaping operational strategies for a $20MM market leader. Other notable positions include Director of Operations at Paragon Medsystems and SeaBotix, where Phil directed manufacturing and materials efforts. Phil's early career included management roles at REVA Medical, Meltronix, Maxwell Technologies, and various engineering positions at Lithonia Lighting and ALCON.
