Shane O'Malley

Shane O'Malley is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in training and development, as well as human resources information systems. Currently serving as the Human Resources Information System Administrator at Delta Group Electronics, Inc., since December 2020, Shane oversees the maintenance and development of HR software that streamlines recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and career development across the company. Previously held positions include Training and Development Specialist at AMRI, where responsibilities included onboarding staff for sterile injectable pharmaceuticals, and Training Coordinator at Vitality Works, Inc., focusing on training strategy and career development programs. Early experience includes working as a Runner at DIXON, SCHOLL & BAILEY, P.A., managing sensitive documents and training new couriers. Shane holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from The University of New Mexico.
