Amber Thompson

Amber Thompson has a diverse work experience. Amber began working as a Key Holder/Sales Lead at Private Gallery from October 2009 to November 2012. Amber then worked as an Intern at Mars from June 2013 to August 2013. In the same year, they joined YMCA as a Fitness Instructor, Boot Camp Instructor, and Kickboxing Instructor, where they worked until 2015. In 2012, they worked as a Summer Dance Camp Owner at EE Bass and as a 21st Century Dance Instructor at the Greenville Arts Council until 2014. Starting in 2013, they established their own dance studio, Amber's Dance Company (ADC), where they serve as the Owner. Lastly, they currently hold the position of Director of Specialty Clinic Operations at Delta Regional Medical Center since March 2021, after previously working as the Manager and Information Specialist for the same company.

Amber Thompson's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Mississippi, which they obtained between the years 2009 and 2012. During this time, they studied Psychology, Spanish, and Sociology. Following their undergraduate studies, Amber pursued a Master of Health Administration degree at Saint Joseph's University from 2013 to 2015, with a focus on Informatics. Amber then furthered their education by enrolling in Northcentral University, where they completed a Doctor of Business Administration degree in the field of Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance from 2015 to 2019.
