Dave Monfared

Dave Monfared is an experienced professional in the fitness and construction industries, currently serving as a Solar Energy Consultant at Efficient Home Services of Florida since July 2021 and as an Authorized Contractor at K. Simon Construction since April 2021. Monfared is a co-founder of Tampa Roofing & Construction, LLC, and additionally holds the position of Area Developer at Delta Life Fitness since July 2019. From January 2009 to July 2019, Monfared owned Get Fitness Entities, which included multiple fitness locations and services. Prior roles include Regional Vice President of Sales at Urban Active Fitness and General Manager positions at LA Fitness and Bally Total Fitness.
