Lies Dierickx

Lies Dierickx serves as the Human Resources Director at Delta Light since October 2020. Prior to this role, Lies held the position of Talent Acquisition Manager at UNILIN for a brief period in April to June 2020, which ended due to redundancy caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. From September 2006 to January 2020, Lies worked at Van de Velde starting as an HR Officer, advancing to a Recruitment & Selection Specialist and then to an HR Business Partner Commercial, managing HR issues for 450 employees. Earlier in the career, Lies served as a Recruiter at Fluxys and as a Consultant at USG HR Forces from 2001 to 2006. Lies Dierickx holds a Master’s degree in psychology with a focus on organizational psychology and personnel policy from Ghent University.
