Dr. Tara Michelle Henderson is an accomplished Executive Mentor at Ambition In Motion since 2024 and the Founder and Principal Strategist of FTGM Collective, a position held since 2004. As a prominent member of the Delta Mu Delta International Academic Honor Society in Business, Dr. Henderson serves as the Xi Delta Chapter member since 2022 and is a Presidential Member of The National Society of Leadership and Success since 2021. Dr. Henderson has also been part of Target's Global Communication team since 2017. Academically, Dr. Henderson holds a Doctorate of Business Administration in Strategy & Innovation from Capella University, a Master of Fine Arts in Luxury & Brand Management, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Advertising, both from Savannah College of Art and Design.
