Joseph Borrelli

Joseph Borrelli, P.E. has extensive work experience in the engineering field. Joseph started their career as a Technician at S&ME in 2000 and later worked as a Technician at Ed Aguirre & Associates and Mosher Engineering. In 2004, they joined ECS Carolinas, LLC as a Staff Engineer before moving on to Tower Engineering Professionals, Inc as a Geotechnical Project Manager. In 2011, Joseph joined FDH Engineering, Inc. where they served as the Director of Geotechnical Engineering. Joseph was responsible for soil classifications, lab testing oversight, writing geotechnical reports, and managing projects for the cellular tower industry. In 2015, they became an Executive Vice President and Partner at Delta Oaks Group.

Joseph Borrelli, P.E. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering with a Geotechnical Concentration from North Carolina State University in 2004. Additionally, they have obtained numerous certifications as a Professional Engineer from various state boards and regulatory institutions between 2014 and 2019.
