Scott Carter is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in field operations and project management within the telecommunications and engineering sectors. Currently serving as the Field Operations Manager at Delta Oaks Group since February 2020, Scott Carter has been instrumental in developing and implementing operational protocols, overseeing field crew training, and maintaining compliance with safety guidelines. Prior to this role, Scott Carter spent several years at Tower Engineering Professionals, advancing from Field Technician to Project Manager and ultimately Division Manager, where Scott Carter managed daily operations and division profitability. Scott Carter's earlier experience as an Explosive Ordinance Disposal Technician in the US Army provided a strong foundation in technical skills and safety protocols. Scott Carter holds a BA in Theological and Ministerial Studies from Living Word Ministry University.
