Pankaj Raina has a strong background in service delivery and customer support. Pankaj started their career at Voltas Limited in 1994 as an Executive in the Service department. Pankaj then moved to Godrej & Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. in 1997, where they worked as a Deputy Manager in the Service department for seven years. From 2004 to 2006, Pankaj worked at Carrier Airconditioning & Refrigeration Ltd as a Manager in Customer Support and Business. Pankaj then joined Emerson Network Power in 2006 as a Key Accounts Manager, responsible for managing service business and implementing critical space management programs for key customers. Pankaj joined Schneider Electric in 2007 as a Country Service Delivery Manager, where they worked until 2016. During this time, they also served as a Service Manager for American Power Conversion (I) Pvt. Ltd. In 2016, Pankaj joined Ion Exchange India Ltd as the Head of Franchisee Operations, overseeing service sales and delivery for the company's water management products. Currently, Pankaj holds the position of Director of Projects & Customer Support at Delta Electronics India, a role they have been in since 2017. Overall, Pankaj has a wealth of experience in service management and has consistently worked to improve customer satisfaction and drive profitable revenue growth.
Pankaj Raina holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive MBA - Marketing from BVIMS Centre of Business Education. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from J&K Board of Technical Education. Pankaj'shigh school education was completed at National High School in Srinagar.
