Han Monica

Han Monica has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Han currently holds the position of Americas Chief Human Resources Officer at Delta Electronics Americas, starting in December 2022. Previously, they worked at 3M as the Asia Total Rewards and Service Leader from February 2020 to July 2021, and as the Country HR Leader, Taiwan from July 2013 to February 2020. Before that, they held positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd, including Head of Compensation, Asia Pacific from July 2011 to June 2014, and Head of HR, Vice President from December 2008 to June 2011. Han also has experience as a Senior Consultant at WTW from 2006 to 2007, and as an HR Manager at Unilever from July 2000 to July 2006.

From 1996 to 1998, Han Monica attended National Sun Yat-Sen University, where they pursued a degree in Management of Human Resources.
