Bishoy Awad

Bishoy Awad has a diverse work experience in the engineering and contracts administration field. Bishoy started their career with the Egyptian Armed Forces in 2014, where they worked as a Technical Office and Site Engineer, responsible for checking designs and drawings, gathering data, and monitoring construction progress.

In 2016, Bishoy joined Besix-Orascom JV as a Site Engineer, specifically working on the R.C. irrigation tank project at the Grand Egyptian Museum. In this role, they contributed to the project's successful completion before transitioning to the position of Contracts Administrator and Q.S Engineer in August 2018. Bishoy held this position until December 2019.

From January 2020 to January 2022, Bishoy served as a Senior Contracts Administrator and Q.S at Besix-Orascom JV, showcasing their expertise in contract management and quantity surveying. Bishoy demonstrated leadership skills by effectively managing the commercial contracts team.

In 2022, Bishoy joined AluNile as a Commercial Contracts Team Leader, demonstrating their ability to take on higher-level responsibilities in managing contracts and leading a team. Bishoy held this position until April 2023.

Currently, Bishoy works at Delta Group as a Commercial Contracts Administrator, starting in July 2023. Building on their previous experiences, they bring their contract administration expertise to contribute to the success of the company.

Bishoy Awad completed their education from 2010 to 2014 at El Obour High Institute for Engineering and Technology-OHIE, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Construction Engineering. Additionally, they have pursued various certifications to further enhance their skills and knowledge. In April 2020, Bishoy became an Accredited Professional Engineer through Engineers Australia. Furthermore, they obtained an Academic English certification from Pearson PTE Middle East and North Africa in November 2019. Bishoy also holds several construction-related certifications from EMEND, including CLAC 10 - Source & Regimes of Obligations, obtained in December 2022, CLAC 40 - Claims and Disputes in the Construction Industry, obtained in May 2022, and CLAC 30 - FIDIC Contracts - Interpretive Case Oriented Approach, obtained in December 2021.
