Nishel Gajadeera Arachchige has work experience as a Graduate Project Engineer at Delta Group starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Civil Engineer at iBuild Building Solutions from November 2020 to March 2021.

Nishel Gajadeera Arachchige pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Structural Engineering from the University of Melbourne from 2020 to 2022. Prior to this, Nishel obtained a Bachelor's degree in Science with a specialization in civil systems from the same university from 2017 to 2019.
