Steven Vanwerkhoven

Steven VanWerkhoven is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and systems design across various sectors. Currently serving as Software Engineering Manager at Delta-Q Technologies since May 2023, Steven previously held key roles at Schneider Electric, including Senior Principal Architect and Director of Software Development, where responsibilities encompassed defining architecture for residential energy management systems, managing engineering teams, and promoting Agile development practices. Prior experience includes Principal System Design Engineer at Clean Energy Compression and positions at JTT Electronics Ltd. and Plug Power, focusing on embedded systems and controls for complex technologies. Steven holds M. Eng and BASc degrees in Electro-Mechanical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, graduating first in class and with honors, respectively.
