Kate Truong

Kate Truong is an aspiring finance professional currently serving as the Incoming 2025 SMA Intern at BlackRock, beginning in September 2024. As Vice President of Chapter Operations for the Delta Sigma Pi - Gamma Chapter at Boston University, Kate actively contributes to organizational leadership and professional development, while also serving as a committee member. Kate has gained relevant industry experience as an Investment and Wealth Management Intern at Sapere Aude Consortium, Inc., and as a StrategyLab Analyst for the Boston University Consulting Group. In addition, Kate has worked at Bank of Easton as a Bank Teller, providing customer service and handling financial transactions. Kate is also known for hosting a self-created podcast focused on women's empowerment and has held leadership roles such as Class President at Oliver Ames High School and Operations Manager for a family business, where operational efficiency was streamlined. Academic studies are ongoing at Boston University, with an expected graduation in May 2026.
