Pawan Sharma has extensive experience as an SAP Solution Architect and Consultant, providing services such as solutions, support, enhancement, rollout, and training for multiple clients. Pawan has worked in various industries including manufacturing, retail, oil & gas, pharma, and chemical. Pawan has also served as the President & CEO of Delta System & Software, Inc., managing teams and projects globally. Pawan has worked with companies such as Bunge, Walmart, Par Pacific Holdings, Martifer Renewables, NOVA Chemicals, GE Power Energy, and America Wood Moldings in roles such as Sr. SAP Consultant, Subject Matter Expert, and Project Lead Consultant. Pawan's expertise includes SAP FI/CO, S4 HANA, and Maquiladora Solution Architecture.

Pawan Sharma has a diverse education history. Pawan began their education at Kurukshetra University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, with a focus on Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, and Costing. Following this, from 1987 to 1990, they attended Kota Open University and obtained a Master's degree in Commerce, specializing in Accounting and Business Statistics.

In 1990, Pawan Sharma joined the Institute of Cost Accountants of India, where they pursued the ICWA/CMA certification in Costing and Management. Pawan successfully completed this program in 1994.

Continuing their educational journey, from 1994 to 1997, Pawan Sharma attended Sardar Patel University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree, focusing on General and Commercial Law.

Pawan Sharma then turned their attention to SAP certifications. In 2001, they pursued SAP- Financial Certification from SAP UK/SAP AG Germany. The following year, in 2002, they obtained SAP CO Certification from SAP, specializing in SAP Controlling.

Lastly, in 2020, Pawan Sharma received the SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP S/4HANA for Financial Accounting Associates (SAP S/4HANA 1909) certification from SAP.
