Janne Uotila

Janne Uotila is an experienced leader in engineering and product development, currently serving as the Managing Director and Director of Engineering at Deltamarin since January 2016. Uotila held the position of Managing Director at DeltaLangh Ltd for a brief period in late 2015. Prior to these roles, Uotila had an extensive career at Sandvik Mining, advancing from the position of GM, R&D and Engineering in China to VP, Product Development and Global Technology, overseeing significant global technology initiatives across various product areas. Uotila also has a strong background in establishing global product development centers, particularly in China, while working within both Sandvik Mining and Sandvik Construction. Educational qualifications include an eMBA in Business Administration and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from reputable institutions.
