Ana Teixeira

Ana Teixeira currently serves as the Coordinator of the research program RESET at Deltares, focusing on improving the stability of Dutch railway tracks in collaboration with ProRail and Delft University of Technology. With extensive experience as a Senior Researcher and Consultant in Geotechnical Reliability and Risk, Ana specializes in reliability-based computations, risk analyses, and knowledge transfer. As Product Owner for the D-Settlement project, Ana contributed to the development of new embankment software. Ana has also held a position on Deltares' works council, advocating for employee representation from 2016 to 2020. Ana's academic credentials include a PhD in Geo-engineering from Universidade do Minho, supported by research at Gifu University and experience as a Young Researcher at TecMinho.
