Marjanne Zander

Researcher Phd Candidate at Deltares

Marjanne Zander is a researcher and PhD candidate at Deltares, focusing on the hydrological impacts of climate change utilizing high-resolution regional climate models since December 2017. Prior to this, Marjanne served as a lecturer and course coordinator at Wageningen University & Research, teaching and coordinating the BSc courses "Water 1" and "Water 2." Marjanne has also contributed as a master thesis student at the Koninklijk Nederlands Meteorologisch Instituut (KNMI) and Deltares, along with roles as a teaching assistant and internship student at Wageningen UR and Antea Group Nederland, respectively. Additionally, Marjanne held the position of Chair of the Board at Stichting Popcultuur Wageningen, leading volunteer efforts in organizing performances. Academic qualifications include dual Master's degrees in Earth and Environment and Climate Studies from Wageningen University & Research, along with a Bachelor's degree in Soil Water Atmosphere and engineering studies at Delft University of Technology.
