James also served as a Platform Lead / Delivery Manager - Customer Care at ASOS.com, overseeing technology delivery and managing a 40-person team. James worked as a Senior Programme Manager at PlayStation, leading the implementation and delivery of IT projects. Additionally, they held roles as a Delivery Manager at IndigoBlue Consulting Limited, an Agile Programme Director at FIND, a Senior Project/Programme Consultant at AND Digital, a Programme Director at Media Capital Management, an Interim Programme Director at IndigoBlue, and a Senior Project Manager at Guardian News & Media.
