Lei Cai

Lei Cai currently serves as the Vice President of the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) and Business Services at Maximus Canada, a role that involves developing EPMO capabilities and providing executive leadership across various business services. Prior to this position, Lei held the Director of Application Solutions role at the Electrical Safety Authority, focusing on digital transformation, and served as Director of the Project Management Office at CBI Health Group, where Lei was instrumental in delivering major enterprise projects. Additional experience includes senior management positions at the Ontario Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services, Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, and various project management roles within multiple ministries, showcasing a robust background in project delivery, governance, and strategic planning. Lei holds an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering Science from the University of Toronto, and a Foundations Certification in ITIL.
